  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), weโ€™ll cover the return shipping cost

  • If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer bears the shipping cost

  • Items marked โ€œFinal Saleโ€ or โ€œNon-returnableโ€

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered

  • Products returned after the 7-day period
